1Acceptance of Terms

3Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold one ok22 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances and pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.4 Account Closure

4Deposits and Payments

ok22 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to your balance and no hidden foreign transaction fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply

Deposits are credited to your ok22 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times.

You confirm that all funds deposited to ok22 are from a legitimate source and belong to you. ok22 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method will be returned and the account may be subject to review.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ok22 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to your account. ok22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you.

Before processing a withdrawal, ok22 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not unique to any particular account or transaction. The documents typically requested include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC) and confirmation of your registered payment method. Verification is completed once and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals.

ok22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to believe that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that breaches these terms. 6Bonuses and Promotions

ok22 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered account holders from time to time. • Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, the odds for that bet are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• ok22 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account balance.
